We are looking for a housekeeper to join our dedicated team helping those affected by Domestic Abuse.
You will work as a member of the team to provide an efficient and effective housekeeping and cleaning service to the Refuge accommodation and Outreach Centre.
You will ensure that a high standard of health and safety and hygiene is maintained at all locations to the expectations of the organisation.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role we will be considering female applicants only for this post in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to schedule 9 part 1)

Bury St. Edmunds Women’s Aid Centre (Refuge) is a charitable organisation with a small committed team of staff who support victims of domestic abuse.
The Committee is currently looking for new Trustees to contribute to the management of the organisation. We meet every couple of months, on a Monday evening, for approximately two hours to discuss the business and make management decisions on the running of the Refuge.
